— The Titanic Experience
Titanic Belfast opened in the Spring 2012 (to mark the Titanic's Centennial Anniversary).
Billed as the "World's Largest Titanic Visitor Experience" — the Titanic Belfast is sure to become one of Belfast's most popular "must-see" attractions.
Find out everything you always wanted to know about the Titanic and her fateful maiden voyage and as you journey through Belfast's industrial past. Titanic Belfast, a stunning piece of architecture resembling the hulls of four ships, is located in the heart of Belfast —at the former shipyard where the Titanic was built.
The spacious ultra-modern 6-floor building includes a giant atrium, nine galleries featuring interactive Titanic exhibits, displays, artifacts, full-scale replicas, stunning views to the slip-ways where the Titanic was launched back in 1911... and much, much more.
Visitors will also be able to see oceanographer Dr. Robert Ballard's high-definition footage from the wreckage of the RMS Titanic (it's final resting place is nearly 2 1/2 miles below sea level).
