Van Gogh Museum
Gogh Museum is one of Amsterdam's most visited museums — it
contains the largest collection of paintings by Vincent van
Gogh in the world, including his famous "Sunflowers" (photo
top left). The museum also houses a varied collection of Impressionist
and Post-Impressionist art by Gaugin, Monet, Denis, Bernard,
Toulouse-Lautrec, Manet, Seurat, Signac, Rodin... and more!

Anne Frank House
— "Anne Frank Diary"
located in the heart of Amsterdam (at Prisengracht 267). Visitors
come here from around the world to see
where Anne and her family hid during World War
II — and where she wrote her
famous diary, "The Anne Frank Diary."
museum tells the history of the eight people in hiding, and those
who helped them
war. Anne Frank's diary is on display, along with other museum
collections, including photographs, official documents, letters,
the Frank family and the other people in hiding.
On April 28, 2010, nearly all of Anne Frank's diary went on display for the first time. The notebooks and pages that comprise the World War II diary were moved to the Anne Frank House musuem to mark 50 years since it opened its doors to the public.
Allow about an hour to see
the museum. Note: There are no tours or guides.
Open daily at 9am. Closing times vary depending on day and season.
Closed on Yom Kippur.

Museum of Florescent Light
