Cafe at the
Great Hall of Waters
IS NOW CLOSED

Cuisine: Seafood
Description & Atmosphere
This visually stunning restaurant is located
at the base of the grand staircase in the hotel’s
Great Hall of Waters lobby, near the entrance to The Dig.

Its spacious dining room
features panoramic close-up underwater views of the
ruins of Atlantis and
its marine habitants. Don't let the word "Cafe" fool you — the
restaurant is casual but sophisticated, with a French brasserie ambiance.
Live jazz or piano music is featured nightly.
 Food
Appetizers include a delicious stacked Smoked Salmon on Bagel Chips and
garlicky Caesar Salad. Dinner standouts feature Duck, Rack
of Lamb and amazing Seafood specialties — the
Peppered-seared Ahi Tuna (photo above) is grilled to perfection.
And the Fried
Lobster is extraordinary (below).
