Description & Atmosphere
Fathoms is our favorite restaurant at Atlantis — it's the most elegant and romantic of them all.

The setting is stunning — tables offer sweeping up-close views of the underwater ruins of Atlantis and its marine habitants. How many places do you know where you can peer into enormous windows and watch live sharks and tropical fish swim by as you enjoy your meal?

Food
Fathoms features a raw bar and fresh seafood from the Caribbean and Atlantic. Be sure to try a Conch appetizer— a Caribbean specialty. We highly recommend the Conch Fritters (photo below). They taste like fried fish balls...only better.

Other menu standouts (photos on right) include the Salmon Wellington (Salmon wrapped in Napa Cabbage Leaves, Baked in Filo Pastry, presented on Sitr-Fried Bermuda Onion, Cabbage, Dried Exotic Fruits and Red Wine Reduction) — it's sensational. Ditto the Char-Grilled Grouper.
