Fun open-air lagoon restaurant with scenic views of Atlantis. Guests can access the Lagoon Bar through an underwater glass tunnel running directly beneath the Predator Lagoon and Reef.

Menu favorites include fresh grilled seafood, chicken and steaks, deli sandwiches, pizzas and salads. The Conch Salad (Conch, peppers, onions, tomatoes and lime juice) is one of their specialties.

Conch (pronounced "konk"), a mollusk (shell fish), is a Bahamian seafood favorite. Conch meat is firm and white, with a somewhat chewy consistency, similar to octopus.

Bahamian restaurants prepare Conch dishes in several variations, including Conch Fritters, Crack Conch, Conch Salad, Scorched Conch, Conch Chowder, Conch Stew, and Grilled Conch.
