The Conference Center's 25,000 sq. ft. Atlantis Ballroom is the largest in the Bahamas and Caribbean — it can accommodate groups up to 2,777. The Conference Center also has 10 meeting rooms and a boardroom.

The resort also has two junior ballrooms — the Crown Ballroom in the Beach Tower and the Coral Ballroom in the Coral Tower.

Atlantis, Paradise Island can handle groups of 10 - 3,000. Outdoor capacities range from 60 - 4,000 people for a reception, to 50 - 3,000 people for dinner.
