The critically-acclaimed ultra-chic Dune is
the first island restaurant by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten — famous
for his award-winning New York restaurants.
 The elegant 150-seat
beachfront restaurant features Bahamian-inspired wall carvings
and offers spectacular, panoramic ocean views.
Open-air patios
overlook the beach. Drinks are also served throughout the
day at Dune's adjacent beachfront bar — it's a very romantic
setting.
 Food
Enjoy lush local ingredients from
the Caribbean — signature
dishes include Lobster Daikon Roll with rosemary-ginger dip,
Chicken & Coconut Milk Soup, Roasted Grouper, Sirloin Steak
with Gingered Mushroom, and Roasted Veal Chop spiked with sage,
papaya mustard nd Madeira jus.
