Le Manoir — the Manor of all Seasons — was built in 1470. Today, this stately mansion is one of the Most Romantic Hideaways in all of Europe. Situated on 27 acres in the heart of Oxfordshire countryside, Le Manoir boasts the best of everything.

Conde Nast Traveler magazine awarded Le Manoir as the "Best UK Leisure Hotel 2000" and it remains the only hotel in the UK to hold the Relais et Chateaux Purple and Red Shield, for superb cuisine and luxurious accommodation — an honor shared with just nine hotels worldwide.

It is also considered to be one of the Best Restaurants in England. Chef and co-owner Raymond Blanc is truly one of the World's Great Chefs and his fine French cuisine and Cooking Classes are renowned.

Food
The kitchen boasts a "Chef for each dish", headed by Raymond Blanc. He uses the best food and ingredients. Over 75 different kinds of vegetables and herbs are homegrown in the estate's beautiful organic garden.
