Le Manoir — the Manor of all Seasons — was built in 1470. Today, this stately mansion is one of the Most Romantic Hideaways in all of Europe. Situated on 27 acres, in the heart of Oxfordshire countryside —about an hour's drive from London and Heathrow — Le Manoir boasts the best of everything.

Condé Nast Traveler magazine awarded Le Manoir as the "Best UK Leisure Hotel 2000" and it remains the only hotel in the UK to hold the Relais et Chateaux Purple and Red Shield, for superb cuisine and luxurious accommodation — an honor shared with just nine hotels worldwide.

Rooms & Amenities
Le Manoir is an expensive retreat, but the rooms and suites are spectacular and you're treated like royalty. The elaborate 15th Century English manor has a total of 160 staff members and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Open year-round, Le Manoir has Standard, Deluxe, Superior, Junior Suite, Mid-Suite, Suite and Superior Suites. Room rates include a French Breakfast, Fresh Fruit and Flowers, Madeira, and a Daily Newspaper. Each terraced room — with its own private garden — is entirely different and furnished with unique artwork.

Note that between May and September, there is a minimum two-night policy on a Saturday night.

Le Manoir's restaurant is considered to be one of the Best in England. Chef and co-owner, Raymond Blanc, is truly one of the World's Great Chefs — his fine French cuisine and Cooking Classes are renowned.

Dining at Le Manoir is truly a memorable experience — it's ideal for entertaining VIP's, rewarding your Top Performers, or celebrating a very Special Occasion.

The Kitchen boasts a "Chef for each dish", headed by Raymond Blanc. He uses the best food and ingredients. Over 75 different kinds of vegetables and herbs are homegrown in the estate's beautiful organic garden. Don't forget to make time after your meal to take a tour of the grounds — the gardens are beautiful.
