You might recognize the name — Il Fornaio has restaurants scattered
across California and selected U.S. cities, including several in
the San Francisco Bay Area.
This one is located in the quaint Pine Inn, on Ocean Avenue, in
the heart of Carmel.
Food
Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, including wood-fired pizzas, mesquite-grilled
local fish, rotisserie chicken, fresh pastas and salads.
Bakery & Hours
Il Fornaio also has its own bakery, with Italian breads and pastries,
coffee, salads, sandwiches, and cookies. This is a good place
to come for morning coffee, sit around their "huge" table
in front of the fireplace and read the morning newspaper.
Bakery is open daily 7am-5pm.

Rotunda
— unique round dining area
features a large round oak table in the center, with intimate seating
around the perimeter. The Rotunda is ideal for groups up to 40
