Description & Atmosphere
During a recent trip to Carmel, everyone recommended coming
to
the Wagon Wheel Coffee Shop for breakfast. It's similar to the
Hwy
29 Cafe
in Napa Valley— one of our favorite casual
eateries. The food here is just as good and the portions are
large.

Decor is decidedly Country
Western — all of the walls
are
filled with western pictures and cowboy paraphernalia.

Food
The Wagon Wheel is famous for
its Eggs Benedicts, Omelettes
and Pancakes. Go
with an
appetite!

If you like Eggs Benedict and artichokes, we recommend the Artichoke
Crown Benedict — with three
heavenly Poached-Eggs,
atop an English Muffin, Artichoke Heart,
and sliced Ham, clouded in glorious homemade Hollandaise-Sauce
served with Homestyle Potatoes. Mmmm good :)

Excellent Omelettes too, especially the Avocado
Delight — filled
with Avocado, Tomato, Bacon,
Onion & Jack Cheese. A side
of Biscuits with Homemade Country Gravy really complements
this dish.

Katy Cakes (dollar-size pancakes served with warm
maple syrup) are amazing. Light
and fluffy, it's worth the drive to Wagon Wheel just for them alone!
