No need to travel across the pond to taste authentic British
grub and beer— just take a drive to Half Moon
Bay and visit Cameron's Pub. Enjoy a pint of English ale, poured

owner Cameron (photo below).
The
British-style restaurant has several dining areas, including
picnic tables outside — we
like eating
in the cozy pub area in
front of
the big stone fireplace
and roaring fire (photos below).

Delicious Fish & Chips
The pub's Fish & Chips (Icelandic Cod) are some of
the best we've had this side of the pond.

"Killer Burger"
Cameron's award-winning Killer Burger (with
Grilled Mushrooms, Bacon and Double Swiss Cheese)
is
"to die
for!" Traditional Burgers, Garden Burgers and Turkey Burgers
are also offered on the menu.

Be sure to check out Cameron's Village Shoppe, located just off the dining
areas and bar — it's

HP Sauce (a great topping over fried eggs), Colman's

Mustard (spice up your ham and cheese sandwiches)
and Marmite (delicious on buttered bread or
toast).
There's also a selection of frozen foods, chocolates, candies,

Cameron's B&B — No Breakfast
Three B&B Rooms are available at Cameron's Inn — but they "don't
do breakfast!" All rooms feature free TV with HBO.
Directions to Cameron's Pub
From SF Airport
Take 101 South to Hwy 92.
Take 92 West. Go over the hill
and at the Second Stop Light,
take a Left onto Hwy 1 (The Cabrillo Hwy). Cameron's Inn is on the right, approximately
1 mile down the road. Look for the
Union Jack sign and English Taxi parked out front.
