Spago Palo Alto

Description & Atmosphere
Guests enter the upscale restaurant through a beautiful courtyard and terraced patio — this area has al fresco seating (with heated lamps for chilly nights). A separate enclosed room to the right of the restaurant houses an attractive bar area.

The main dining room features picture windows, looking out onto a small tree-lined park. The room — tastefully decorated with Modern Art — has a low ceiling with spot lighting, and colorful overhead beams in red, green and blue (see photo top right). Playful, elegant atmosphere.

Food
Wolfgang Puck continues to turn out amazingly creative food. One of his signature dishes — the Smoked Salmon Pizza with dill crème fraiche and black caviar — is amongst our favorites. You'll love their bread basket— overflowing with crispy seasoned flatbread, skinny Parmesan breadsticks, and a variety of breads. Delicious fresh salads. The Roasted Atlantic Salmon, with smashed Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus and grain mustard sauce, is awesome — crispy outside and moist inside.
