The Asian-inspired menu features light, flavor-intensive culinary delicacies of Vietnam. Small plate dishes promote the Vietnamese tradition of the "family style" meal where food is shared — what better way to sample a variety of Tamarine's exquisite offerings...

Fried Banana Beignets and Coconut Ice-Cream at Tamarine Vietnames Restaurant, Palo Alto, California

Shrimp Spring Rolls and Crisp Calamari make excellent Starters. Menu standouts include: Papaya Salad and Tamarine Crab & Garlic (peeled Dungeness Crab with Mung Bean Noodles), Tamarine Jumbo Prawns, Lemongrass & Garlic-Seared Sea Bass with Mango Noodle Salad, and the amazing Shaking Beef (cubed Filet Mignon seared with Garlic and Onions, served with a Watercress Salad.

Leave room for one of Tamarine's fabulous desserts — the Fried Banana Beignets and Coconut Ice-Cream (photo above) makes a perfect end to a perfect meal.

Excellent International wine selection, including wonderful Spanish Reds.
