Fleur de Lys chef/co-owner Hubert Keller's latest Burger
Bar now has a home in San Francisco
— on the sixth floor of Macy's in Union Square. Other
Burger Bar locations include Las Vegas (Mandalay Bay) and St.
Louis.
There aren't too many places in San Francisco where you can get
the ultimate burger AND a fabulous view — the
200-seat Burger Bar offers a variety of yummy burgers and shakes...
and a killer view thru' large picture windows overlooking Union
Square.
It's also a fun venue for watching
sports — three flat-screen
TVs are located above the bar and little mini TV screens
are featured in individual booths inside the main dining area
(photo below). Burgers, fries, spiked
milkshakes,
beer
and sports...
all under one roof!

Food
Burger Bar is known for it's build-your-own-burger concept. Diners
can choose from American Kobe Beef, Black Angus Beef, Country
Natural Beef, Lamb, Turkey, Chicken, Salmon, and Vege burgers — plus
a huge variety of toppings. Add your favorite sauce... and a
side of fries (Skinny Fries, Steak Fries, Sweet Potato Fries,
Buttermilk Zucchini Fries...) and you have the burger of your
dreams.

A variety of burgers and specialty items can also be ordered
off the menu, including the Hubert Keller Buffalo Burger (topped
with caramelized onions, blue cheese
and baby spinach; Classic Bacon Cheeseburger; Surf & Turf
with Black Angus and Grilled Half Lobster; Grilled Vegetables;
Sliders, Fresh Salads... and more!

The Ultimate Burger
For those of you who really want to splurge, celebrate
a special occasion... or can get away with putting it on your
expense account, treat yourself to the ultimate "$60
Rossini Burger" — featuring
Kobe Beef, sauteed foie gras, shaved truffles and Madeira sauce
on
an onion bun.
And the $60 question is... "Is it worth the price?" — we'd
like to know :)
