Highly recommended over the years (by word-of-mouth and restaurant reviews), Greens is everything we expected it be...and more!

Located in a converted warehouse, the restaurant is airy with very high ceilings and hanging lights. The waterfront views are terrific — one wall has windows overlooking the Marina, San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Book a window table before sunset so that you can enjoy the breathtaking views while it's still light outside. By the time you start your entree, (if the fog hasn't rolled in yet) you might be lucky enough to witness an incredible sunset. At dusk, the sky turns varying shades of blue, and as darkness falls, the city lights twinkle in the distance.

Food
Greens has an incredibly innovative Vegetarian menu and an impressive wine list. Sample dishes include: Yellow Curry served with cashew jasmine rice and papaya mint chutney, Grilled Fennel Pizza,
Filo layered with artichokes, crimini mushrooms, leeks, walnuts, ricotta, and parmesan cheese and served with braised French lentils, sautéed rainbow chard, and dinosaur kale, Fresh Pea Ravioli with snap, snow, and English peas, spring onions, pine nuts, saffron butter, Italian parsley, and parmesan reggiano.
