Description & Atmosphere
Taylor's roadside eatery in St. Helena has always been one of our favorite burger places when visiting Napa Valley Wine Country. This San Francisco location is just as good... if not better. Located at the corner of the Ferry Building Marketplace at the Embarcadero, the restaurant is larger, sleeker and more upscale than its Napa Valley counterpart.

It's a fun, casual place to come for lunch, especially on a Saturday — shop at Farmers Market all morning and then relax over a leisurely meal.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available. We prefer sitting outside, overlooking the Embarcadero — it's fun watching the world go by.

Taylor's burgers are considered some of the best in San Francisco. And judging from the crowds — and the line out the door — we're not the only hamburger-lovers in town! Expect to wait in line during lunch hours on weekends, especially during peak tourist season.

Food
Big, fresh, juicy and flavorful best describe Taylor's all natural Niman Ranch beef burgers. You can really taste the difference — these aren't your normal run-of-the-mill burgers.

Sweet Potato Fries are all the rage now, and Taylor's are a cut above the rest. Other sides includes Classic Skinny Fries, Garlic Fries, Chili Cheese Fries and thick Onion Rings — forget the calories... just enjoy!

Nathans Quarter Pound All Beef Hot Dogs, Homemade Soup & Chili, Sandwiches, Fresh Salads, Seafood and Chicken entrees are also available.

Place your orders at the main counter — vibrating pagers let you know when orders are ready to be picked up.
