The Red Grape is located within easy walking distance of historic Sonoma Plaza. The spacious restaurant is bright and cheery with colorful artwork — showcasing the works of selected artists and photographers — adorning its walls.

Food
Red Grape's thin crispy crust pizzas are awesome! The red grape is a sweet tasty tomato favored by East Coasters in the making of New Haven style pizza.

Super-thin crispy crusts are baked in stone-lined pizza ovens on very high temperatures and topped with fresh local ingredients.

The pizzas are without doubt, some of the best we've tasted in the San Francisco Bay Area — and well worth the drive to Sonoma.

A large selection of White Pizzas and traditional Red Pizzas are featured on the menu, with a variety of toppings. Organic whole wheat crust is also available. We like the "Al la Norma" red pizza — Grilled eggplant, plum tomatoes, garlic, fresh mozzarella, kalamata olives and basil (photos above). Deeeelicious!

Salads are also good, especially the Gorgonzola with mixed lettuces, apples, red grapes, spicy pecans, aged gorgonzola and cider vinaigrette (photo above). Small salads are large enough for two people to share. And the larger entree size salads are so big, we suggest splitting it between 3-4 people, especially if you're ordering a pizza too.

The menu also features Paninis, Grilled Paninis, and Pastas made fresh by Wine Country Pasta of Sonoma.
