The Viansa Wetlands is a 90-acre man-made waterfowl preserve that
is the seasonal home to over one million geese, ducks, shorebirds
and golden eagles each year (over 10,000 birds per day feed and re-fuel
at Viansa during peak migration periods). In addition, the wetlands
play host to a thriving and diverse array of wildlife and grasses.
