Downtown Disney is made up of three sections: Pleasure Island,
Downtown Disney Marketplace and Downtown Disney West Side.
Stroll along Disney's scenic BoardWalk and enjoy live music,
dancing, comedy, theaters, clubs, shopping, and gourmet restaurants.
Downtown Disney Marketplace
The Marketplace
— home to the largest Disney character store in the world
— is a relaxing setting for walking, shopping, dining out,
and people-watching.
You can even rent out several types of boats
at the marina. The area is especially pretty at night
with all the lights.
Cirque du Soleil — La Nouba
Created exclusively for the Walt Disney World Resort, "La
Nouba" Cirque du Soleil is a one-of-a-kind
theatrical extravaganza.
La Nouba means "to live it up." Don't
miss this spectacular 90-minute show.
Marketplace Restaurants
The Marketplace has a variety of fun restaurants featuring
everything from gourmet cuisine to fast food —
some with stunning lagoon views.
Rainforest Cafe
We only had to wait three hours for our reservation during our last
visit here. Of course, we were there at peak time (Saturday night during Easter
season), so don't let that put you off dining here. The interior is breathtaking.
It's like sitting in a tropical rainforest. The food is good and the bar offers
tasty hors d'oeuvres and great margaritas. Wild place to shop too!

Fun, fun, fun! This is a GREAT place to come to celebrate a

Pleasure Island is an entertainment complex of

The combo restaurant and
music hall seats up to 2,000 people.
Live music nightly includes Blues, R&B, Jazz, Reggae,

Bongos Cuban Cafe
Created by superstar Gloria Estafan and her
husband, the restaurant is reminiscent of dining at one of
Miami's dazzling South Beach eateries. Cuban cuisine and entertainment
nightly.
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
World-renowned chef Wolfgang
Puck brings
his famous California Cuisine to Downtown Disney. Our favorite
menu item is his famous Smoked Salmon Pizza. Open daily
for lunch and dinner.
