Description & Atmosphere
House of Blues is located at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. The restaurant is large, with several dining areas. Casual and lively atmosphere - don't come here for a quiet, intimate meal.

The Blues Bar, made famous by
Dan Ackroyd, features Live Jazz, Blues and Rock n' Roll performances.

House of Blues Band

The House of Blues Music Hall features concerts and special events. You can even buy House of Blues memorabilia at their Store, located at the restaurant's front entrance.

Food
The food is from the South, with a Cajun/Creole accent. Every Sunday, the restaurant features a world-famous Gospel Brunch Buffet.

Southern specials include: Pan Seared Voodoo Shrimp with Rosemary Cornbread and Dixie Beer Reduction, Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce, Seafood Gumbo, Creole Seafood Jambalaya, Louisiana Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffée, Cajun Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Andouile Sausage Po-Boy.
