Mesa Grill is visually one of the most stunning
restaurants in Las Vegas.
It's the brainchild of award-winning
Chef Bobby Flay — also a best-selling cookbook
author and popular television
personality. Mesa Grill is his first restaurant outside of New
York City, where his highly-acclaimed restaurant of the same
name
is one of that city's most popular.
Architectural elements and decor include beautiful
curved wood beams, a fire-decorated ceiling, Southwestern tones
and patterns, hardwood floor, 3-tiered seating and large 2-story
floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the casino.

Mexican Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce, and

Chile-Cumin Rubbed Pan Roasted Rabbit with Butternut Squash Wild Mushroom
