Description & Atmosphere
Todd and Olivia English have done it again. Their acclaimed Boston-based Olives now has a Las Vegas presence in the upscale Bellagio Hotel. We still remember dining at Olives in Boston years ago...the food was THAT good.

The restaurant is elegant, yet casual. The floor is covered in tiny colored mosiacs. Dine al fresco on the Patio or request a window table overlooking Bellagio's lake and enjoy an upfront view of the resort's dazzling Musical Water Ballet, starting at 5pm, every half hour. Full bar.

Food
Olives features spectacular Seafood dishes, especially the fresh Salmon and Seabass. Save room for their yummy desserts. Impressive wine list.
