Description & Atmosphere
Enjoy an al fresco continental breakfast, appetizing brunch or casual lunch in a tropical poolside setting. The Paradise Café is conveniently located near the front entrance of the pool area, across from the waterfall.

The poolside café is a fun place to take a break from swimming and relax while sipping a cool exotic cocktail. Umbrella tables provide shade and the café is surrounded by outdoor water-misters to keep diners cool on hot sunny days — the birds love 'em too!

Food
Chilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Water Chestnut, Mushroom, Scallion, Sweet & Spicy Asian Sauce (pictured below) came highly recommended — it's really good and large enough to split if you're not too hungry.

The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail appetizer is as good as it looks. Another standout is the B.L.A.S.T. Salad with Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Shrimp, Tomato and Ranch Dressing (pictured below) — also big enough to split.

If you want to take a drink and snack back to your poolside lounge chair, food and beverages-to-go are available from The Paradise Café.

Pool Beverage Service
Beverage service is offered throughout the pool area — just keep a lookout for the bikini-clad servers. There's nothing like a Pina Colada on a hot sunny day!
