Exceptional Service
Here are some examples of what made our stay at Four Seasons Resort
so special:
We arrived from the airport very early, at 8am no
surprise that our room wasn't ready. The front desk checked us in
and suggested that we have coffee and they would call us when the
room was available. No sooner had we gone to the coffee shop for
breakfast, they called us on our cell phone (10 minutes later) to
tell us that our room was now ready.
The Restaurant Manager stopped by our table twice during
our meal to make sure that everything was to our liking.
When checking in, we mentioned that it was Barry's birthday.
The first night we came back to our room after our day out, there
was a small, decadent Chocolate Mousse Cake surrounded by White
Chocolate Shavings and topped with an iced "Happy Birthday"
(with two forks) waiting for us on our desk (top photo).
Maid service is twice a day.
Better than average Concierge assistance they recommended
another restaurant (other than the one we were thinking about),
because they felt it offered more value for money.
Great amenities comfortable robes, big towels, one
of the best showers in Vegas, large bathtub, and first-class
toiletries.
Upon check-out, the front desk asked
us for our Birthday and Anniversary dates. They also suggested that
the Four Seasons would be a great place to celebrate our anniversary
(in June). Their private pool and access to Mandalay
Bay's Pool and Beach area are very tempting. We can't wait to
come back!
