Daily Yoga Classes
Daily one-hour yoga classes are offered at the Mission
Blue Chapel (pictured above) at Cavallo Point Lodge. The little
chapel is nestled on the hill, near the Healing Arts Center & Spa. Yoga
Passes are available for a fee — receive a discount on 10 or more passes.

Tea Bar
The Tea Bar is located just inside the main entrance of the Healing
Arts Center & Spa. It's a lovely tranquil setting to unwind
and relax while sipping organic teas, refreshing beverages and
enjoying a light spa lunch.
Afternoon Tea
Sat-Sun 12 noon-5pm
Afternoon High Tea includes a Pot of
Tea of your choice, Finger Sandwiches, Madeleine, Petit Apricot
Scone,
Shortbread,
and Pot de Crème.
