Description & Atmosphere
Only in San Francisco! This fun nightclub/restaurant offers its guests an unusual dining experience.

The waitstaff — Asian men dressed as women — not only offer you great service, they also periodically perform (lip-synching and dancing) throughout the evening on a catwalk-stage behind the bar. Referred to as "gender illusionists," they put on quite a show that is both tasteful and fun — and we mean tasteful in the broadest
sense of the word!

Fun atmosphere. We prefer sitting to the left of the bar area, at the high tables, near the heart of the action.

Food
Asia SF's food is terrific too. Our recommendations — Grilled Dill Flatbread (topped with smoked salmon, caramelized red onion, caviar and wasabi cream), Blackened Tuna Sashimi, Dragon Fired Rice, Porcupines (shrimp, scallops and water chestnuts rolled in cellophane noodles, crisply fried and served with a plum wine-soy dipping sauce and the Spicy Orange Lamb.

If dining with guests, you can easily share the appetizers and entrees and enjoy a variety of tastes.
