The red grape is a sweet tasty tomato favored by East Coasters
in the making of New Haven style pizza.
Super-thin crispy crusts
are baked in stone-lined pizza ovens on very high temperatures
and topped with fresh local
The pizzas are without doubt, some of the best
we've tasted in the San Francisco
Bay Area — and
well worth the drive to Sonoma.
A large selection
of White Pizzas and traditional Red Pizzas are featured on the
with a variety of toppings. Organic whole wheat crust is also available.
We like the "Al
la Norma" red pizza — Grilled
eggplant, plum tomatoes, garlic, fresh mozzarella, kalamata olives
and basil (photos above). Deeeelicious!
Salads are also good, especially the Gorgonzola with mixed
lettuces, apples, red grapes, spicy pecans, aged gorgonzola and
cider vinaigrette (photo above).
Small salads are large enough for two people to
