Even though P.F. Chang's is
located off the famed Las Vegas Strip (down the road from the Hard Rock Café), it's more than worth the short drive over to eat here.

Not only is the food and service exceptional, the "buzzy" atmosphere and overall dining experience is what makes this high energy eatery so popular with locals and tourists alike.

It's a fun place to come with friends or business clients. Be sure to tell the servers if you are celebrating a birthday — their desserts are wonderful, especially anything with chocolate.

Enjoy spectacular Asian cuisine, including yummy starters like Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps (there's also a vegetarian version), Crispy Green Beans (top photo — these are sooooo good!), Crispy Crab Wontons, Spring Rolls, Spare Ribs, Seared Ahi Tuna... and more!

Follow that up with Cantonese Scallops or Shrimp with Snow Peas — ask for this dish to be combined if you want a taste of both Shrimp and Scallops.

VIP Cantonese Duck, Mu Shu Pork, Spicy Eggplant, Oolong Marinated Sea Bass, Mongolian Beef, Singapore Street Noodles stir-fried in a curry sauce, Ground Chicken and Eggplant, and Spicy Salt & Pepper Prawns are just a few of our favorites.

Be sure to tell the servers if you are celebrating a birthday or special occasion — their desserts are wonderful, especially anything with chocolate. The Great Wall of Chocolate (photo top right) — "six" layers of rich chocolate cake frosted with semi-sweet chocolate chips and served with raspberry sauce. Yum!

Warm Banana Spring Rolls (filled with coconut pineapple ice-cream and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces) are incredible too!

The restaurant also offers a "P.F. Changs for Two" menu (a four-course meal)... and an extensive Gluten-Free menu.

P.F. Chang's Bar
P.F. Chang's bar is a fun place to go for before or after-dinner cocktails — the Cosmo's are fantastic!

The restaurant also has a very good wine selection.

Semi-Private Party Room
The Captain's Table, located behind the bar and in front of the kitchen, is available for semi-private events for 8-20 people. It can get a little roudy, so don't come here for quiet conversation.
