Okada ***

Cuisine: Japanese
Description & Atmosphere
Dramatic and intimate! Okada's main dining room overlooks the
lagoon and waterfalls. The restaurant also features an elegant sushi bar and a teppanyaki
area.

Food
Chef Takashi Yagahashi creates a Japanese dining
experience not to be missed — authentic Teppanyaki and Robata
cooking.
Teppanyaki is stir-fried meat and vegetables cooked and
eaten off
a large, table-top grill (a la Benihana-style).
Robata means "with open flames." Japanese
Charcoal Grill dishes include everything from Gulf Shrimp, Squid,
Scallops and Sea Bass, to Duck Breast, Kobacha
Squash, Shitake Mushroom, and Organic Chicken.
The extensive menu features a variety of traditional Sushi and Sashimi by Sushi Master Miyazawa.
Enjoy modern Japanese creations
and a selection of Soups & Salads,
Hot & Cold Plates,
Noodles...and Classics, including Australia Kobe Beef Sirloin.

Private "Waterfall" Table
Wow...what a setting! If you're celebrating something special,
this is the place to do it.

The private chef's table
(for 6-8 people) sits at the end of a pier in
front of a fabulous waterfall.

Guests can reach the table
by walking
on
a stone pathway surrounded by trees (photo above)
that runs
along the side of the restaurant. It's very private and quite
stunning. Private Party Rooms

one overlooking
the lagoon and waterfalls.
Both rooms are ideal
for entertaining VIPs, Team-Building, Special Events and Private
Parties.
