The fun 4th of July weekend event usually
takes place during the first week in July* and includes featured Guest Speakers, Authors,
Family-Friendly Activities including a UFO Festival Parade, Alien
Costume Contest, Alien Animal Pet Costume Contest, a Fireworks
Extravaganza... and more!

Roswell's Downtown Historic District
Enjoy a visit to Roswell's Downtown Historic District. The large area covers
approximately 40 city blocks, featuring homes of over 22 architectural styles,
including Bungalow, Mediterranean, California Mission, Pueblo Revival, Southwest
Vernacular, Italianate, Tudor, Federal, Simplified Anne... and more. Over 280
of the homes are listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places.

12 galleries dedicated to the exhibition of Art and History,

Robert H. Goddard Planetarium
The Roswell Museum also houses the 120-seat Robert H. Goddard Planetarium — it's the largest in New Mexico. During

The Anderson Museum
of Contemporary Art
