John's Pizzeria Times Square location is so good, customers are there in a New York minute! It's conveniently located in the heart of the Broadway theater district, just down the street from Carmine's (our favorite family-style Italian restaurant).

The Restaurant is 10,000 square feet - making it the largest Pizzeria in the US.

The site used to be a Gospel Church dating back to the late 1800's. John's was established in 1929.

Today, John's is a popular modern 3-tier split-level pizzeria. The dramatic space features two open, coal-fired pizza ovens, a curved bar, hardwood floors, a wrap-around balcony, a huge mural, soaring high ceilings and a beautiful ornate stained-glass dome (below).

This restaurant is a lot larger than it's original counterpart in Greenwich Village. Even if you just stop by for a drink, it's worth checking out. Once you get a whiff of the garlic and taste their pizza, we think you'll agree that it's some of the best in the city.
