Fabulous Satay Bar Appetizers — Saigon Scallops (lightly grilled and served with a soy and black
vinegar dipping sauce) and the Peasant's Chicken (free-range chicken marinated in curry and coconut cream, skewered and seared over a flame and served with a spicy peanut sauce).

The Wild Ginger Fragrant Duck —
a not-to-be-missed house
specialty — is spiced with
cinnamon and star anise and
served with steam buns, Sichuan peppercorn salt and sweet plum sauce. Yum!
