Shanghai Wildlife Zoo is located in Sanzao Town. Home to 200 species of endangered wildlife, it houses over 10,000 animals, including South China Tigers and Giant Pandas.

Shanghai Zoo - Pandas

The zoo is divided into specific areas — each conducive to the natural environment of each species. These include grasslands and savannas, a carnivore breeding center, a flamingo habitat, a waterfowl pond and an endangered species and rare animal enclosure.
