The Legendary
Galleries Lafayette
Galleries Lafayette is the largest and the most famous department store in France. It is located on Boulevard Haussmann, next to the Opera house, in the heart of Paris.

During your shopping trip, be sure to check out the store's spectacular stained-glass dome — walk through the Perfume Department to the open section, and look up to the tiered levels above — it's awesome!

Don't miss walking down this popular Left Bank boulevard, filled with exclusive Retail Shops and Boutiques, Book Stores, Art Galleries, Bistros and Cafés.

Take a shopping break and stop by Café de Flore for a mid-morning snack or afternoon coffee. The area's little side streets provide some great photo opportunities and fun people-watching too.
