Gilligan's Island — yes...that one... made famous in the popular 60's TV show — is noted to be located in the Bahamas, near Paradise Island and Nassau/New Providence Island.

Additional filming of the TV show also took place in Hawaii and at a studio in Los Angeles.

Gilligan's Island TV Show
The TV comedy featured seven people who cast off on a 3-hour boat ride, got caught in a bad storm and ended up shipwrecked on a deserted island.

Those stranded included Gilligan, the Skipper, a millionaire
(Thurston Howell III) and his wife (Lovey Howell), a movie star (Ginger Grant), "The Professor," and Mary Ann.
