Fine Dining Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill
The Cove Atlantis
Award-winning chef, restaurateur, TV personality, and cookbook author Bobby
Flay brings his
innovative Southwestern cuisine — with a Bahamian twist — to The
Cove Atlantis. The nationally-acclaimed Mesa Grill restaurant is his first outside
of the United States.
Nobu
The innovative Japanese restaurant, conceived
and run by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, is located adjacent to the
Atlantis Casino. A Japanese pagoda surrounds the dining room. There's
also a Sushi Bar, a Private Dining Room (for up to 60 people), a
large bar, and an intimate 8-person Sake Cellar. The cellar, lined
with glowing sake bottles, is located inside a domed tower and offers
marina views.
Café Martinique
French gourmet fare of famed Chef Jean-Georges
Vongerichten, the restaurant features spectacular marina views.
Seafire Steakhouse
Enjoy classic steak entrees at Seafire Steakhouse. Fathoms CLOSED
This was our favorite romantic and elegant restaurant at
Atlantis. Unfortunately it is now closed :(

Carmine's Italian restaurant, a popular New York eatery (and one of our favorite
NY restaurants), is located directly on the water. Family-style atmosphere.
Come with an appetite — share huge platters of classic Italian dishes.
Atlas Grill & Bar
High-energy video cafe and family restaurant, situated near the casino and overlooking
the resort’s marina. Classic American favorites such as hamburgers, sandwiches,
roasted chicken and ribs. Indoor and outdoor seating. Open for lunch and dinner. The Cafe at the Great Hall of
Waters CLOSED
The Cafe is now closed. It offered stunning panoramic
close-up underwater views of the ruins of Atlantis and its marine habitants.

Cave Grill
Conveniently located close to the beach, this casual open-air
Bahamian sea cave offers hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos and other snacks

located near the Mayan Temple and pool. Bahamian and Caribbean specialties.
