Critically-acclaimed Chef/Owner Thomas Keller, has won numerous dining awards. He was named the World Master of Culinary Arts, the "first ever" recipient of the Wedgewood Awards — a new Culinary Award that pits the world's best chefs against each other — topping 70 International Chefs.

French Laundry has won numerous prestigious Dining Awards.

In April 2006, the restaurant was voted "Best Restaurant in North and South America" — and the "4th Best in the World" in a poll published by Restaurant magazine.

The French Laundry offers three menu selections that change on a daily basis. These include:
9-Course Prix-Fixe Chef's Tasting Menu, 9-Course Prix-Fixe Vegetable Tasting Menu, and the 7-Course Prix-Fixe Menu.

The French Laundry accepts reservations two months in advance by phone only —
walk-in reservations are no longer accepted.

The reservations desk is open daily 10am-5:30pm. Reservations can also be made online through OpenTable.com.

Don't be disheartened if it takes a while to get through — the restaurant is extremely popular.

Note: Jackets are required for
both lunch and dinner service. Ties are optional. No jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or tennis shoes.
