Cuisine: Family-Style Italian Classics Description & Atmosphere
Look for the
bright blue neon glow outside Joey & Eddie's North Beach
location at
night it virtually lights up Washington Square.
Joey & Eddie's
(Joseph Manzare and Eddie Maiello) opened the
family-style New York Italian eatery in May 2008.
It's
a fun place to dine with family, friends or clients. The
spacious restaurant has a warm inviting atmosphere and features
high ceilings, an open kitchen, and large
floor-to-ceiling picture windows that overlook scenic Washington
Square.

Food
Italian classics (served family-style)
include: Spaghetti & Meatballs,
Veal Saltimbocca,
Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parmesan, Grilled Pork Chops, Spaghetti
with Chubby Crab, Ravioli, Fried Calamari, Mussels and Linguini...
and more.
During
a previous visit with friends, we split several dishes — portions
are large, so it's a great way to try a little bit of everything.
