Coyote Café and
Mark Miller's Grill Room ****

MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Cuisine: Southwestern

Description & Atmosphere
The Coyote Café & Mark Miller's Grill Room are well worth the visit to the MGM Grand Hotel. If you've eaten at the famed Coyote Café in Sante Fe or the Red Sage in Washington, D.C., you can expect more of the same incredible Southwestern cuisine here.

The restaurant has two distinct sections:
Mark Miller's Grill Room is a small formal dining room, tucked to one side of the café.
The Café — a larger, casual, yet upscale café. We prefer dining in the Café. One side is completely open to the casino. It's fun to sit and people watch.

Both restaurants share a long L-shaped tiled bar where they offer the largest selection of Tequila in Nevada. It's no surprise that their Margaritas are incredibly good — at least from what we can remember!

Mark Miller's Grill Room features different entrees every month, however. The “Cowboy” Rib Steak is a permanent fixture. Signature dishes include: Breakfast Blue Corn Pancakes, Portobello Mushroom Tamales, and Pear Cajeta Gingerbread with Vanilla ice-cream.
Coyote Café's food is excellent, especially the BBQ Duck Quesadilla and the Roasted Breast of Chicken, served with a fabulous choice of Mole Sauces.
