Daniel Boulud Brasserie — a James Beard award-winner — offers indoor and outdoor dining with a dramatic lakeside setting.

The main dining room features
large windows on one side overlooking Wynn's picturesque "Lake of Dreams."

Food
Chef Daniel Boulud has teamed up with Executive Chef Philippe Rispoli to bring you fabulous French creations.

During a recent visit, we enjoyed a sensational Lobster Salad, delicious Halibut, and the Chef's Selection of Medallions of Beef and Filet Mignon.

Share a plateau of Fruits de Mer — a combination of East and West Coast Oysters, Lobster, Shrimp, Littleneck Clams, Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Mussels, Tartare and Ceviche of the day.

Indulge in Caviar — American Sturgeon, Caspian Sevruga and Caspian Gold Osetra, and a selection of delicious Artisan Cheeses, served with dried fruits, honey comb and fig bread.

The restaurant also features a "Dish of the Day" and The Original NY DB Burger— a 9-oz sirloin burger stuffed with braised short ribs, foie gras and black truffle, parmesan bun and french fries.
